Still life of cucumbers and cilantro

This is a cool drink. Not cool as in chilled. Cool as in awesome, if I do say so myself. Slightly tangy but light, makes it easy to drink healthy. Free of most allergies, suitable for many. Only equipment needed is a high speed blender.

This juice has few ingredients, but it does not lack in content. I often drink cucumber juice because of it’s properties toward keeping the skin healthy and body hydrated. Apple cider vinegar is great for digestion. And knowing little about cilantro, here is a good article. Needless to say, vegetable juices should make a comeback.


Cucumber Juice

  • Servings: serves 2
  • Difficulty: super easy

Tangy cucumber juice bringing back the cool in vegetable juices.


  1. 1/2 c. chopped cucumber with peel (can use without)
  2. 1 c. water
  3. handful of washed cilantro without long stems
  4. 1/2-1 T. apple cider vinegar (depends on tolerance– 1 T. tastes a bit sour)


  • In high speed blender, add ingredients and blend until liquid-like consistency. Pour into glass and enjoy!
